MyJuice Edge Small Business winner 2007 MyJuice is the first dedicated juice and smoothie bar in Ipswich, Suffolk. It impressed the Edge Awards judges with its scheme to educate youngsters in business methods through its Mini MyJuice scheme, which is run by students at a local school. Students and staff have written a business plan, conducted market research and organised the launch of the mini juice bar. The company feels it's a great way for students to learn invaluable business skills like customer service and finance, and to make a profit for the school selling healthy products. More equipment is needed to help the scheme expand into more local schools, and the Edge Awards prize money has been a welcome financial boost.
